We offer NHS vaccinations free of charge. The receptionist will send you a travel questionnaire prior to your appointment. Please add as much detail as possible to allow the nurse to assess which vaccinations are required.  

If any of the following apply you may require vaccinations which are not available free of charge and will need to be referred to the Private Travel Clinic;

• If you are visiting more than one country
• If you are travelling within the next 6 weeks
• If you are travelling for more than 2 weeks
