Practice Nurse

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced, motivated and compassionate full-time Practice Nurse to join our friendly and supportive Medical Centre comprising approximately 19,500 patients.

The successful candidate will work over 4 days per week and provide high-quality nursing care across a range of services including long-term condition management, immunisations, wound care, health promotion and routine nursing clinics. You will work both independently and as part of the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, effective, patient-centered care.

Reception Supervisor

The position of Reception Supervisor is an interesting and demanding role that requires using your experience to help supervise our large busy reception team.

We are looking for someone to work 32 hours per week, ideally over 4 days per week. Someone with initiative, who is flexible, adaptable and able to cope with a busy workload. You will be a quick thinker who can deal with multiple queries on a daily basis and have the ability to problem solve calmly and efficiently.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Advanced Nurse Practitioner ANP, Advanced Paramedic Practitioner, Trainee Advanced Clinical Practitioner tACP, or qualified Advanced Clinical Practitioner ACP with a digital badge, to join our welcoming and supportive training practice for 17 hours per week across 2 days.

The successful candidate will play a key role within our same-day care Same Day Team duty team, providing a mixture of face-to-face consultations, telephone triage, and occasional home visits.
