We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Operational Manager to join the PCN’s Senior Management Team to provide operational and organisational support to the wider PCN and member practices.

 

This role will be supporting PCN staff working across the Barnstaple GP Surgeries, so the successful candidate will need to be a considerate, approachable, and consistent leader. NHS/Primary Care experience desirable, but not essential.
